We are seeking a detail oriented, analytical and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Coordinate the activities of the warehouse function with other functions (Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales) to ensure we maintain our focus on customer delightment.
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization and inventory.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory, and distribution costs.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standard procedures and by complying with relevant regulations.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics and shipping Analyze productivity and develop actionable improvement plans including minimizing loss prevention and distribution costs.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of relevant company systems i.

, (Mysis/CRM) Sort, organize and neatly store inventory in proper location Ensure all items are safely and securely packed and correctly labeled for shipping Submit order request for supplies in a timely manor Receiving and documenting items for delivery or return Be alert for any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying the leadership Assist with training new co-workers and work as an active team member to complete team goals Preform inventory reviews as requested Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols Sets warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management team Validates inventory levels by conducting physical cycle counts Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees appropriately Maintain a proper warehouse workforce through recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and evaluating.
Requirements/Qualities Very strong organizational and communication skills Strong math and analytical skills Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports Have a working knowledge of warehouse management software systems (Mysis, Sage) Have excellent knowledge of forecasting and data analysis Possess a BA/BSc in a related field like business administration, etc.
Have 5
years of related managerial experience and/or inventory control experience Demonstrate a strong ability for attention to detail What We Offer:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
