Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing vehicle parts and accessories to the service technicians, as well as our wholesale and retail clients Provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers and vendors Input and process customer orders and be able to recommend additional related repair items Attain exceptional brand product knowledge in order to effectively help customers Assist with daily inventory practices, including receiving, stocking and shipping, as well as maintaining perpetual inventories.
Help in maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of the entire department, including service and customer facing counter areas.
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of inventory systems and how they relate to our day to day operations and contribute to the efficiency of our department Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills Firm understanding of vehicle systems and their components Team player, who is self motivated, in order to focus on providing exceptional customer service
