Applicant must be hard working, motivated and a self-starter with the ability to clean, mop, scrub, wax and polish floor surfaces using heavy-duty powered equipment.
Vacuum clean carpets using chemicals and cleaning solutions as required.
Washes, cleans, disinfects, deodorizes and maintains restrooms in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (hammer, screw driver, wrenches, etc.
) and power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.
) for minor building repairs is a plus.
Applicants must undergo a background check.
Applicant must also possess a valid NJ Driver's license in good standing.
