CMM Technical Coordinator

SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring the CMMs are functioning properly, optimizing program accuracy, increasing CMM throughput, eliminating defects and waste, and adhering to the Quality Management System, all applicable regulations and Lean Manufacturing principlesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures Operations is receiving the CMM support they need in order to maintain an acceptable throughput.
Troubleshooting issues related to CMMs and/or CMM Programs to ensure they are accurate, repeatable, and in good working order.
This may require collaboration with Triangle's internal CMM teams and/or the CMM Manufacturer.
Champions Lean manufacturing principles by streamlining CMM programs:
Standardizes programs Optimizes run times and CMM frequencies Palletizes fixtures Provides necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to production associates in order to ensure they're able to perform their job duties effectively.
Helps develop and initiate standards for verifying the accuracy and repeatability of CMMs and CMM programs.
Performs specific validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) designed to qualify the equipment and the process, as required.
Understands and complies with Triangle's Quality Management System, company policies, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred and/or relevant job experience.
Required Ability to read, write and speak English.
Effective communication, verbal and written.
Experience in using basic and advanced measuring tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, probes, CMM, Comparator, etc.
) Applied knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Root cause analysis CMM programming software experience; preferably Calypso, Zone 3 and VICI Capable of working independently as well as collaborating and coordinating efforts with colleagues.
Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple activities and requirements in a changing, fast-paced environment Desired Experience with process capability, Gage R&R, and statistical techniques.
Advanced metrology (CMM programming, vision system, etc.
) Lean/Six Sigma CAD skills, preferably Solidworks and/or Creo.
Recommended Skills Cad Communication Comparator Creo English Housekeeping Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
