As a Payroll representative, you will consolidate timesheet information, maintain the payroll system, and process paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with previous experience in payroll.
Payroll representative Hours:
Full Time (36 hours) Monday-Thursday:

Responsibilities:
Review, index, and confirm timesheets in the proper system Send missing timesheets report Ensure compliance standards are met Communicate with proper individuals to correct errors and resubmit time sheets Review reports to ensure all issues are resolved Additional payroll tasks may be added as needed Payroll representative
Qualifications:
Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines Detail Orientated and organized Must speak fluent Spanish Previous experience in a payroll setting, is preferred.
