There is potential to earn over $200K! --Here are some key duties we strive to see in the Service Manager role-- Must have a minimum of three years or more in a Service Manager role Create goals and objectives for the service department that will profit for all Develop a marketing plan that will promote repeat business and teach to appropriate team members Administer an annual operating budget, working with upper management to report production Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warrant and policy procedures Makes sure that all paperwork for customers is processed correctly Works with technicians and advisors to prepare for recalls or updates based on the vehicle Supervise technicians and coordinate with service dispatcher with daily production Take charge of scheduling for all staff in the service department Monitors repair orders working with service advisors and technicians Maintains good relations with fellow employees and customers to create repeat business Control any customer complaints and address them appropriately Maintains a safe work environment Wears appropriate job attire Benefits include 401(k) 50% matching Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Immediately upon hire) Life Insurance EAP Program Service Manager gets Demo Allowance Job Type:
